I think would like our advisors to keep their advising notes in the Populi activity feed. It would allow some history to be shared between advisors and would also keep track of dates and general topics of meetings which could play into appeal decisions later on. Easy.
BUT if they were doing that, I also imagine some way to indicate that a certain note should be "tracked" and a report generated that would be a weekly/monthly activity report... that could be filtered by advisor and also student demographics (total number, number of first years, certain degrees, gender, etc.)
