Editable Academic Year Length for Preset Clearinghouse Reporting

Suggesting the ability for schools to edit Academic Year weeks by program for reporting purposes especially for those schools who use the National Student Clearinghouse as the intermediary for NSLDS. Currently school staff either have to edit the CSV data reports prior to upload to NSC (data could be incorrectly impacted) or spend time fixing errors from the Clearinghouse for their entire student populations.
