Payment Plans Not Using Financial Aid As Payment

It would be helpful if payment plans could only consider customer payments as a valid payment to deduct from their payment plan and not aid payments. Currently, whether we select "All Aid Affects Plan" or "Aid Does Not Affect Plan" it still considers an aid payment as a payment on the payment plan.
