It would be helpful if the transaction types under "Payment Gateway" settings in the financial tab were editable or you could add more. We currently enter all the information to our books from Stripe and use Populi to compare the data to make sure it is correct. Stripe "reads" the transaction types from Populi and it's difficult to figure out quickly which fees are being paid for in the broad "Tuition & Fees" transaction type bucket. As our school is growing, we are adding more donation and fee categories that need to also be broken down in the transaction types for Stripe.

Adam Sentz Vera Suwa - It might be worth reaching out to Populi Support with some details about what you are trying accomplish to see if they can make any recommendations.

Travis Dees I think, using their example of "Tuition & Fees", could be broken down further: T&F: Tuition, T&F: Lab Fee, T&F: Technology Fee, et cetera. Basically allow for bother top level and subordinate category customizations.
