I'd like to see an 'Admissions Auditor' role, similar to the Academic Auditor role. Advisors, student life staff, and others would benefit from bring able to see but not change admissions information for their students. It would help them help new students make a good transition to college life. Thanks for considering this.

Jessica Babaker We need this also for financial aid and academic audits. Many documents which must be audited are stored in custom fields on the student's Admissions tab (such as the signed enrollment agreement, and evaluations of entrance requirements).
Because the Admissions tab is not accessible to Academic Auditors, someone from the administration must accompany the auditor and navigate the student's profile for them.

Wilhelm Mauch We need the Admissions Auditor role for Academic Advisors that need access to admissions info stored in applications but shouldn't have rights to edit.

Valerie Whitley Agreed. We not only need this for Academic Advisors, but also for our Marketing team who works in-tandem with our Admissions team.
