Email templates are viewed by all staff. It's inefficient and troublesome to have to scroll through everyone's templates to send an email. Also, not everyone should have access to all templates. When creating an email template we should be able to grant people/individuals access/proxy to send templates. For example only staff at the Registrar's office should be able to send registrar related emails. We also have templates that pertain to only some campuses but we all view them.
Please consider this!
