We'd be interested in a time clock where the students can punch in and out. This is tol track their student work hours for the various departments.

Thanks for the suggestion. However, that sort of functionality is somewhat outside what we've intended for Populi. Time-tracking is more the domain of employee-management/reporting/payroll software. There are probably some good web-based solutions out there, and possibly some free time clocks, that you could look into.
If nothing else, you could just have your students email the hours to whoever handles payroll.

Angelika Steinberg Our course are calculated by course hours. I don't need the students to clock in and out, but it would be nice to record the hours of attendance.
