More Clarity on the Status of Application Components

When looking at an individual student's application, I see a Components column and a Received column. The Received column displays a date as soon as the applicant has submitted the component. Here is the trouble: there is no way for me to see, at a glance, which components have been reviewed and accepted, reviewed and rejected, or not yet reviewed. The student can see this by the green check mark, red x, or grey check mark next to each component of the online application. Can the admissions staff be provided with a similar feature? This would help a lot!

  I would agree as well.  It would be nice to see the status without clicking on each component.

  Kenny,

  This is something we're planning to do; it'll probably be released alongside some other enhancements to Admissions. Currently, we're busy buttoning-down some other pretty big features and upgrades which have our attention and will continue to have it for a little while more. Sorry for the vagueness, but I can't give you much more than that at this time!

  The other option would be just to put the "Status" next to or instead of received.

  I'll add my vote to this. Switching the date under "Received" with the status would be more helpful.

  OK, we've managed to squeeze an upgrade to this page into the next release!  (as usual, I can't give a release date because it really depends on how the testing process goes... but hopefully not too much longer!)

  This update was definitely appreciated. On a further note, it would be great to have a report showing the status of each component for all prospects, i.e. pending, accepted. Also when the prospect logs in, they see a red x or green check for each component, but it would be cool if they could see the note entered as to why the component might be pending or rejected too.
