After a user has been made "active," there is no way to check the status to see if the user has received the welcome email and setup their account. It would be very helpful to know who still needs to complete the process, and be able to verify the ones who have an actual login and password.

Jeremiah Miller Agreed! Maybe a "Last signed in on..." or "Never signed in" field on the Info tab, similar to how Google Apps does it. It would also be important for this information to show up in various exports like Course Roster export and Students table export. That way we can dump all of the users and see who still needs to set up their account.

Kerry Pretty It would be good if the Student's Populi user accounts, pursuing date, program was displayed on an administrative table of all users that is similar to the academic term students table.
