Because our school is a graduate school, we do not care to know of a prospective's high school graduation date. We would, however, like to know of his or her college graduation date. Could you add a "College Graduation Date" field to the "Prospective Info"?

That makes sense. You can actually add any field you want to the Prospective Info section by adding a Custom Info Field. Go to Admin > Manage Custom Info > click Add Field > choose Date Input > select Prospective Type > give it a name and description and save. When you Edit a person's Prospective Info the next time, you'll see the field you created. Does that make sense? Is that what you were after?
