It is really beneficial to have the ability to assign a fee by course section. For example there could be different lab fees required by different instructors for their section.

Christal Fehr It would also be neat to have the ability to set fee rules according to Populi fields such as Country.. we charge different fees for Canadians than we do for International students and it would be nice to be able to program this in automatically. Also, the ability to link fees to Tags would also be handy.
