We used an internal mailing service before Populi that allowed us to prefix the subject of an email sent to a mailing list w/ the name of the mailing list. It was very useful to know when something was being sent to everyone and not just me.
A field in the mailing list setup window w/ the option to add the prefix would be perfect!
