I would like for the students to be able to choose ahead of time whether they want to pay in full at registration or go on our Payment Plan. This way the fee is charged immediately and I can better estimate what the cash-flow will be for the semester. Currently I need to have a written request from them in hand and then go in individually to each account to put then on the payment plan...too time consuming and another piece of paper to keep track of!!

Daniel Humphreys I second this. Right now we do this manually and it would be a great feature to have integrated into Populi.

Edward Estes Agreed. Some of our students want to pay it all up front, and some of our students want to pay monthly. It would be nice if they could enter themselves into a payment plan (instead of depending on us to talk with them or put them in one).

Heather English Would love for the payment plan to be an option that the student has to select when they register. Having to manually change the default because they did want the monthly plan is time consuming.
