Export the Course Catalog for review

We'd like to be able to export the entire Course Catalog in order to review course descriptions for accuracy.

To be able to filter, though, would be important... don't necessarily want to export all the Retired courses.

We would like to be able to export and print the catalog also. There's a lot of editing to be done and would be easier to review a printed copy.

We added an "Export XLS" button to the course catalog.
