Now the students can see their unofficial transcript. Can they request (+ who they want it to go to) their official transcript by the same measure through the system and the request would go to the Registrar?

  This would be great to build into the system. Perhaps it could show up as a notification to the Registrar (like online apps currently) or even a To-Do.

  It would be great if the payment feature for this could be similar to the new Application Fee payment feature. I've attached our Official Transcript Request form for reference. It shows the information we need to collect in order to fulfill these requests.

  This would be incredible. However, for our purposes it would also be important to have a way to track the past history of requests for instance: submission dates, completion dates, transcript destination and purpose (employment, continued ed., ordination, etc.)

  It looks great! We did notice an issue after requesting our student worker to try the new method: she couldn't submit a request because she didn't fill out the credit card information, but there wasn't a space provided to fill out that information. 

  Secondly, as a former student, I was able to to request a transcript without paying the required $5 simply by selecting "none" for the charge method option. Is that just because I have more access as registrar and am able to bypass the fee?

  We want to be able to provide mail only transcripts for a $5 default fee.

  @Elijah - If you can send us a support request with more info about that first issue we'll check into it.

  And, yes, you're able to bypass the fee because you have the requisite permissions.

  Would it be easy to add the following to the transcript delivery method drop down menu: Email Rush Print Rush We charge a higher amount to people who request it "immediately". Also, I would imagine that most schools' emailed transcripts are Unofficial, but if not, should we include "Unofficial" next to email or is that obvious? Great job guys!
