1.  We'd like to change the wording in the letter that automatically send to new applicant

from

"Thank You

Thanks for starting your application to Bay College of California. We'll send you an email soon that will let you log in and continue the process."

to

"Thank You

Thanks for starting your application to Bay College of California. We'll send you an email within 24 hours that will let you log in and continue the process."

2.  We'd like to change the letter sent to prospect after we import their on line applicaiton

From

"So you can continue your Application with Bay College of California, we've created a user account for you in Populi, our online college management system. After you log in, you'll be able to find your application under Alerts on the Populi Home screen."

To

"So you can continue your Application with Bay College of California, we've created a user account for you in our online college management system. After you log in, you'll be able to find your application under Alerts on the Home screen."
