The book lists are a handy feature (found on the academics tab) but ideally they would be accessible to someone who manages the bookstore and needs to know or check up on enrollment on a regular basis to ensure sufficient stock. It would be fantastic if the Bookstore Admin role had access to at least view the book list. That would make a little more sense for our school since the registrar doesn't do anything with textbooks.

Isaac Grauke This makes a ton of sense. I think the Book Lists report was added before we even had a Bookstore and a Bookstore Admin role, so we may need to go back and rethink how that information is displayed. Ill make sure our development team is aware of the issue. Thanks for the feedback!

Robert Murphy Yes. I don't see Bookstore Admin as a role I can assign, but it would be helpful for our librarian to be able to access the book list to help keep our course reserve current.

Jody Jacobs I agree with Mr. Murphy, having the book list available to the librarian would save me pestering the bookstore admin. to get it each term.
