It would be great if there was a "button" in the bookstore pending order page that you could email a reminder to all customers who have pending orders to pick them up or that they are ready etc. It would be helpful to have the button when looking at an individual order as well.

Or maybe automated reminders - if the order hasn't been marked as picked up after so many days they get an email.
Or maybe have the ability to edit what the automated e-mail says to provide custom information. For example: We fulfill orders even before the semester begins, but the bookstore is not open until school opens. The e-mail says that the order is ready for pick up, but it's really not. Currently, we have to send another e-mail saying "just kidding" it's not really ready, which creates more work for the bookstore and defeats the purpose of the automated e-mail :(
Would love to be able to edit that automated email. We are pretty much in the exact same situation as Carlos. Those emails going out to students are false and have confused many a student :(.
