We have funding agencies like Workman's Comp, EI, Native Bands Etc they fund the cost for students. Some cover tuition and fees. Many of them want an invoice in their names for the chargers. t would be great if there was a way to link a student to a third party funding agency and be able to invoice the funding agency.

This would also be great for parents and grandparents who want to pay a portion and want the invoice in their name.
I really need this feature as well. We have several organizations that send groups of students to my institute and then pay their bills. It is a very time-consuming activity on my team to manually create an overarching bill with details, send this invoice to the organization, then collect a check from them, then distribute to each individual student's account.
The ideal implementation would allow a student to specify a billing delegate, say one of our organizations or someone else, then when invoices are made, the organization would be notified and given the payment URL. This would allow the delegate or organization to pay directly, see the billing details, and avoid having to manually create a larger invoice.
Yes - please make this a possibility. Third parties require the invoice to be made out to them, not to the student. A simpler way to achieve this would be much appreciated!
I agree! Our organization also struggles with not having this feature available. We have third parties that pay for multiple students at a time. This would be a time saver and be an asset to our organization as well as the ones who submit payment. We are doing the same process Matt C. mentioned on 3/11/2025 and also find it very time consuming. Thanks for considering!
Yes, please! Sponsoring agencies request that the invoice be addressed to them, and currently, we are unable to do so. Adding this feature will be helpful!
