opening up access to simple quizzes to auditing students

Several auditing students have requested being able to have access to quizzes to gage their understanding.  I would like to suggest that the quiz feature for auditing students be set up so that it could be enabled if desired.  It is no more work on the instructor's part where quizzes are automatically graded (multiple choice).
