My staff is needing a feature where they can print the application that is being filled out online. We need to have a hard copy on the student's file and are in an urgency to get this. We would like to be able to print all components of the application.

Eddie Grigg We are being told that we must have a printed application for veterans if asked for it. We have talked with our contacts in the NCSAA concerning this issue, and they seem surprised that any system would not allow the printing of an application. This is certain to become a greater issue for NCSAA and for schools in NC using Populi. I hope that Populi will giave our request to print application a greater priority. Until then, we plan to use Snag-it software to print applications for veterans when needed. This issue has also required administrative policy and procedural changes. Please move this up your list of priorities - right behind the library portal.

Isaac Grauke Thanks for the feedback Carolina and Dr. Grigg! We've had a number of requests for this and we actually just finished programming the change. It will go live during our next release so it will be in there soon. Thanks again!

Cheri Poirier Great feature request! I was just about to ask about this if there wasn't a request already here. Isaac, when is your next release?

Isaac Grauke Hi Cheri,
I don't have an exact date because it depends on how testing goes. We are hoping we can do it within a month or so. Thanks!

Jeremiah Miller Any updates on when the next release is scheduled? We're really hurting without the ability to print applications!

Deborah Forteza I see that the feature says "done" but where do I go to print the application components? Sorry if this is a dumb question!
Thanks! -
Adam Sentz From the Admissions panel of an applicants profile, go to an individual application. Then click the Actions Drop-down (gear icon) and choose "Print View". This will open a pop-up window with a printable version of the application. Then just choose File > Print.
