Hi Populi staff! We are in need of having a feature added. From a Supervisor's point of view over the Admissions Department, we need to be able to pull all prospects under a specific admission's counselor's name , no matter what the term assigned to those prospects are. Some of the prospects we handle only have a name and a phone number , we don't have a specific term that we know they are interested on. We need to be able to know how many prospects each counselor is working out, no matter if they have a term assigned to it or not. We need to know the total which will match up with the total we have when we type the word "prospective" in the search bar.This is becoming an essential and necessary feature for us. Please let us know when this is implemented. Thanks!

I think you can get close to what you are looking for now. When you are on the Prospects Table, you can filter by Counselor and see just that person's prospects. If you want to see all prospects across all terms, you would add a secondary filter to include all terms. I don't think you could see the people who don't have a term assigned on that list, but you could run a separate filter by Counselor and see just the people that dont have a term. Between those two reports/filters, you'd have the info you needed.

Eddie Grigg We have multiple people working in recruitment/admissions. Each person is limited to a set number of prospective students. If they reach their maximum, new prospective students are added to one of the other admission officers, work hours are increased, or additional personnel are hired. It would be great to be able to pull a report that shows graphically the number assigned. This would give us a total count of prospective students and help administration plan for increased hours and/or additional personal without pulling multiple reports and then creating our own graphic report for the board. As President, this is information I need each week.
