It would sure be great if some how course requirements from the degree audit were highlighted in a color or designated on the course offering registration list for a semester.
That would save going between pages of the degree audit and registration and having to write down or remember courses and trying to see if the requirements are offered that semester.

I would also love to see the degree audit talk a little more with the registration process. Would be great if the courses the student has already taken would not have a green plus sign so students couldn't register for them again (at least in cases where retakes are not allowed).
I agree with the original request. It would also be great to be able to see, from the Degree Audit tab, when a class is being offered in the semester or semesters that are open for enrollment. Currently, we have to toggle between the degree audit page and registration page to build a student's schedule.

It'd be great to add a button to allow us to register a student from their degree audit! Currently we have to go thru several screens to register our students. Having the ability to register via degree audit will allow us (and eventually the student) to register directly from the audit & their outstanding courses.

I would like to add to this request by asking the following: Could their be a feature added that allowed registrations from the degree audits? Like making the upcoming term available class show up as 'available to register" and adding a button to allow advisors to add them to the class straight from the degree audit?

We need the feature BADLY of being able to register students each semester from their degree audit. PLEASE ADD THIS FEATURE!!!!
Yes! Please give this some serious consideration. We have to use Excel and other programs outside of Populi to keep up with course forecasting for each student to ensure that they are in the correct classes each semester. Being able to do something like this in Populi would be amazing.
Is there any thoughts on this?

Nic Toney - Lots of thoughts, yes. This sort of thing is definitely on our radar.
Yes!! This would be very beneficial to us and our students. When we make course changes in new catalogs, it would be nice to not have certain courses show up at registration for groups of students. The degree audit / registration "talking" would help solve this.
Can we make it so the degree audit talks with the registration? It would be helpful to have the data we input in the degree audit Course Subsitutions, Course Waiver, Course Exclusion, and Exceptions communication with the overall student's program/degree and registration page. This would help us have more control to edit on an individual student basis.
Request that:
1. Degree audit limits what classes students see in registration
2. Degree audit classes are linked to any classes offered and not yet started
3. For students with no selected major/specialization or if a degree audit has not been created yet, it would limit classes to active programs
4. Ability to turn on or off these functions in Academic/Settings
