More variables available for letters like counselor.

I do all of the correspondence for our admission counselors and I would like to be able to personalize letters without having to create separate letters for all enrollment counselors.  With more variables, I could put variable brackets in and send one letter to all applicants or prospects.  I am sure there are other variables that would be helpful as well.
