Shipping Methods

Hi fellows,

It would be great to have more segments for creating

shipping options. Such as adding a second cost and type section this was not mandatory to use but optional. 

Name           Cost           Type   +  Cost   Type                   Inter Default Retire

 Clothing      2.50             Flat         .99    Per item

Another option would be to add the shipping method to the item then
it can be item specific.

We just need more options.
