We still keep paper records of all sent transcripts. I'd love to have something on the permanent student record that shows where and when transcripts were sent. It would be helpful for two reasons:
1) Students who previously applied to a certain school that was not accepting our credits, but a new articulation agreement is in place, could be contacted to have their transcript re-evaluated.
2) Peterson's Guide, for example, asks us to report the number of students who go on to graduate school within the first year out of college.
Ideally, the entered data could be retrieved and sorted by school and date -- say from last date student attended, or year of admission. So rather than using Activity Feed, because it cannot be sorted, we'd like a separate Transcript section.
