Expanded Communication Plans

When creating a communication plan it would be very helpful to be able to set to-do items to any Staff member rather than just to the recipient and sender. This would be very helpful in a team environment where tasks are spread out among many people. Ben Coumerilh

  I'd also like to be able to schedule a whole communication plan to a counselor instead of it automatically being assigned to me.

  I agree with Sarah.

  I would like to be able to set up the communications plan to be counselor specific. That way when the applicant is placed on a communications plan their specific counselor would be given the to do list.

  @Gene - This is not currently Possible in Populi. Feature request that are planned will be marked "Planned", and feature requests that are done will be marked "Done".

  I think it would be helpful to create a communication plan which sends an email to a student's advisor.  So, for example, when I pull up a list of students who qualify for academic warning/probation/dismissal in data slicer, I can apply a communication plan to them which notifies the students and automatically cc's their advisors.
