We'd like to be able to export students' info with their parents' (or other relationship as specificed) info at the same time. This would really help when we want to send communications to parents and we need to mail merge info that relates to their students. For example, our students are all required to have a financial co-signer for their tuition and fees and we'd like to be able to send letters and/or statements to their co-signer. I can currently export Students Balances or Unpaid Invoices with the students' names, amounts, and addresses, but then have to manually go through and enter the parents' info.

Christal Fehr This same sort of feature would help me in trying to pull out statistical information connected to relationships. For example, I need to be able to report on how many students in a certain term are married... if relationships were included in the student's table exports, that would certainly help.

Christal Fehr Would it be an easy enough adjustment for a husband or wife relationship to generate a system tag? That would allow us a way to pull that information into reports, and also a very easy way to communicate only with married students by using the system tag. Of course, that type of change doesn't really help for the initial request here... which had to do with parents info. Anyway... thought I'd throw it out there anyway.

Roland Penner We would like to export this information so that we can easily import in into our donor development database. Tracking relationships is crucial to our donor development database.

Christal Fehr I'll add yet one more comment. I love the improvements in the organizations... adding members and such. I think we'll be able to use that to track student's home churches, etc. However, it's only useful if we can find a way to pull that information out and print a report of students and their home churches (for example). So, I'd like to request that these same functions be applied to the organization "relationships".

Clay McFerrin Yes! We would like a way to include Relationships and/or Emergency Contact information as an export column. When we export a list from Contacts > People, we can list their Organization, but not their Relationships. This would be a useful feature, especially if we could export the Primary Phone Number and/or Email Address of each relationship (particularly of any Emergency Contacts).

Sarah Brody We would like this feature as well - we need it all the time when fundraising and want to reach out to parents of our students or alumnae. Please consider adding it - I'm disappointed it's not already there.

Clay McFerrin Re-confirming our need for the ability to export Relationships - we have profiles in our system that we would like to clean out if they are no longer needed, but we don't have a way to see if they're part of a relationship without individually clicking into each profile.

Jacqueline Roatch We absolutely have a need for this! We need to be able to export relationships, especially when we export lists of alumni and donors for mailings. The Communications > Mailing Lists area does not accommodate this in any way that is useful to us.
