We do not allow students to register for upcoming semesters if they have an unpaid balance on the previous semester. While we can set registration locks manually, it would be very convenient if Populi could automate this, checking the student's balance when he attempts to register for classes.

Jackie Lacava Conversely, automatically removing a registration lock when a student pays their balance would be helpful. Students expect to immediately be released from a lock upon paying their balance.
