From year to year we have professors that want students to answer the same discussion questions in the online lessons. Currently, it is possible to clone lessons from a historic course. It would be great to clone discussion questions (but not student responses) from a historic instance of a course.

Kenneth Law I added the same basic request. It would be more efficient to clone discussion questions from one semester to another without having to copy and paste each question from each lesson from each course. This is time consuming and a poor use of an instructor's time.

Adam Sentz We added the ability to clone "Faculty Added Discussions" in the last release. If you don't check Lessons as well you'll only clone the discussions that were added at the course level, and not the lesson discussions as well.

I sent a support email as well so you might get the message twice. I tried to clone a course from last semester to this semester and the discussions still did not migrate. I had previously cloned the course to this semester, but was attempting to replace it with a new cloned version from last semester. Any thoughts?
