Allow students to export their T2202A

Every February, Canadian educational institutions are required issue a T2202A form (http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/E/pbg/tf/t2202a/t2202a-flat-10b.pdf) so that students (or their parents) can claim their tuition and books for income tax purposes as a deduction.

We would love to see an export feature, where students can export a PDF (similar to how they can currently export their unofficial transcript) of their T2202A for any year they completed courses.  We do a bulk export of the data and printing of them every February, but students often lose theirs and printing special requests of them is an administrative pain.

  @Clint - Populi has had T2202A integration for some time. Is your request that we simply add the ability for students to download their T2202As from Populi?

  @Adam - Yes, that is my request, that you add the ability for students to export their own T2202A to PDF.

  I'd give a big echo to this, and if its not too difficult, request implementation by February, 2012, as that's the time frame we need to have them out (or in this case, available) by.  Absolutely love the idea of the students being able to get this for themselves.

  This can now be enabled in Financial > Settings.
