It would be great to have a whole residence module where students, RA's, Student Life, and Resident Managers could better communicate and administrate residence. A lot of it would need to work in conjunction with facility management/booking, but here are some ideas:
1) Application for Residence (prospective and returning students could apply for residence) and deposit.
2) Students to see what room they have been assigned to and who their roommate(s) is/are.
3) Maintenance request submission and management.
4) Check-out and deposit refund process.
That's all I can think of for now. :)
