Hi
When we disperse Financial we need to leave the students record and go to the Financial tab and journal the aid from into the liability account.
It would be great if we could do that when we disperse the aid or from the students page. It would also be awesome if someone there was a way that when the liability journal in made that somehow it is tracked and marked completed so we can keep track and make sure we journal all the dispersed aid.
