Linking classes for discussion purposes

We use a feature called Face to Face that allows a professor to stand in one location and teach students in another location. As well, they can take the class online only via web streaming (live or recorded). Because we have to keep track of students' locations this can be messy. Right now they have to all enroll in 1 class and we have to separately keep track of where they are physically taking the class. It would be great to be able to have different course sections linkable so they can have discussion forums.
