Add a description area/field to the To-Dos so that one may articulate the task a little, add special notes, insert a link to files, urls, etc. A simple text field would suffice. Automatic url conversion would be a very nice extra touch, but nothing fancy.

Isaac Grauke I like this idea. We use project management software that allows you to comment on a to-do and its super helpful. Thanks for the suggestion!

Deborah Forteza Would it be possible to add task hierarchy, and percentage (of the task) complete, and whether the task has been started? i know this might involve more coding, but it would be really useful for us to have enhanced tasks, since it appears that with Google Apps we'll be losing Outlook tasks.
