I am dong some disbursing of aid. Like some of the new aid feature. However, it would save so much time and prevent errors if on the page of batch disbursement their was a button that you could hit that popped up a box to journal the aid into the liability account. I current have to right down the amount and then not forget to go to the journal entry page and post the entry
