Incomplete Courses Report and Enrolled (In Progress) Courses Report

I am trying to create an "Incomplete Courses" Report and an "Enrolled Courses (In Progress)" Report so that we can track the finalization of courses. I would like to be able to flag both "Incomplete" and "Enrolled" (In Progress). Because we have Distant Education classes, this is essential as some students get a one year extension on their course.

The current mechanism in the Data Slicer seems to require me to manually select each course that I want to generate the report for. Is there some way to set the report so that ALL the "Incomplete" courses are flagged in one report across any term. In the 2nd report, I want ALL the "Enrolled" (In Progress) courses flagged across any term.

  This is a great idea! I  have to keep going back and checking to see whether courses are finalized, and it's easy to forget to do it. A report would really come in handy.

  @ Kerry & Deborah... this might not be exactly what you're looking for, but I know you can find this information in the Course table by using different filters ("Finalized" and "# Incomplete"). You just have to scroll through each term separately, but that seems simpler than using the data slicer.

  I need a similar report.  We are trying to track our "Incompletes" and stay on top of the students that seem to be abusing our policy.  I need a report generated across terms that will list *all* incompletes for me.  I know (as Christal said) that I can filter out courses within each term that have incompletes on record, but I need to be able to list them specifically by student.  Some improvement in the reporting options would be really helpful in querying out the information we need, i.e. "Show me all students with "incomplete" on their record."  In my old database it was easy to query out that info.  Now, in Populi...not so much...

  You can now track incompletes across all terms in the new enrollment report. Check out Academics->Reporting->Enrollments.
