Change month abbreviation on letters

I've noticed that any letters we print with the current date on them, Populi abbreviates the month on them to the first 3 letters. To us, we feel like this looks unprofessional, when you are going to abbreviate you typically have at least the first 4 letters. Populi abbreviates September as Sep (with no period), when usually it's Sept. (with a period). June is "Jun" with Populi and July is "Jul".  We don't mind changing this as we print out letters, but it gets a more time consuming when we do mass printing jobs. Is there any way to change this feature? Change it to either put the first 4 letters or just put the whole month?

  I'd love to see the whole month. That seems the most professional.

  This seems to be a rather dead request, so I thought I'd add another comment to see if I can resurrect it :).

  Every time I print a letter, I manually add the remaining letters of the month. Would love to have the full month automatically printed on the letter.
