Having Navigation Tools (previous, pages,next) at the top of each library page (search results, browse, patron list, etc) would be very helpful.

  Also, having the Library Tabs (Catalog, Links, Check out/in) remain visible when you scroll down a list  would be helpful for librarians and clerks, who need to jump from what ever they are doing to serving a patron
