Currently any items set up as "Student Awards" do not have the option to enter in the academic year in which the award was given.
I would really appreciate having this option. Occasionally students do have "high" years,and years in which they crash and are not successful. So one of our students received the Outstanding All-Around Male Student award - and then subsequently went on academic probation, and eventually was required to discontinue. If his transcript is sent on to another institution, might they not think that we give our awards rather indiscriminately? The integrity of his whole transcript might be called into question. By allowing a year to be linked to a particular award, someone reading the transcript can see the progression and have a much clearer idea of the student's history.
