We require our teachers to turn in a printed grade sheet with final grades for the course with date and signature. This needs to include the course code, name and semester. We sometimes need these to verify transcript grades going back 10 or more years. We have not found an easy way to create this report in Populi.

Kurtis Habecker The Alaska Commission on Post-Secondary Education requires us to keep a printed list of students and their final grades for each class on file in our institutional archives. A document like that produced by Export Roster PDF, but including final grades would be sufficient.

Christal Fehr Same for us... we also file a paper copy after each semester. Would love an easy way to print this.

Toby Robinson The gradebook export now includes the course abbreviation, name, section, term, primary faculty and final grade.

Christal Fehr Ah, I see... I was looking at a course that is finalized which no longer has a gear icon. Hence, this needs to be done before finalizing the course, I'm assuming.

Christal Fehr Hmm... thinking about that further. Is that the way it is supposed to work? Or should the gear icon be visible even after the course is finalized? If it's not visible, I may submit another request to get that adjusted.
The printing of gradebook would happen out of the registrar's office, but only after we know that the grade is complete. Hence, the ideal process for us would be 1. faculty finalizes course 2. Registrar prints gradebook for filing. Currently, I would have to un-finalize each course, print gradebook, then re-finalize.

Adam Sentz @Christal - You are correct. Or, I should say, were correct as I just fixed it so you can export even when it's finalized. :)

Liisa Kelly I can only find a gear at the top of my page for "settings." There is no gear allowing me to print the final grades. Kindly advise me. Thanks!

Dr. Richard Englehardt I join in this request or Kentucky Mountain Bible College. Adding a roster type PDF that I can print for final grade information like student final grades would be a good idea.

Adam Sentz @Richard - This request was marked completed four years ago as you can export all the course grades in the grade book export. If there's something else you want I'd recommend making a new feature request.
