There are a few things that I would like to customize so that the default is always a certain thing without having to make any extra clicks and that I can edit it if necessary.
A few examples are:
1. Citizenship - I would like to be able to have Canada or Canadian
2. My signature - I would like all emails to open up with my signature in it like it does in Outlook so that I don't have to go to the drop down menu and select the signature
3. In the Edit Prospect Information - I would like Undergraduate to be the default
I am sure there are a bunch more but you get the ides.
