Multiple departments for the same course

Several of our courses satisfy requirements in multiple departments. For example, ME 521 History of Missions can fulfill both a Missions course requirement as well as an Historical Theology requirement. Is there a way in which a single course can be part of multiple departments? That would help with the degree audit and departmental tracking.
