Currently, when I am on the student tab, I can use the gear button to export that specific student's schedule as a list of classes. Is there an option to get a schedule for a specific student that is more like a date book format, and uses blocks of time on a daily basis to show the schedule -- much like the schedule I can print if I want the schedule of all classes for the school. This would be really helpful for the more visually oriented students.
Thanks,
Bobby Mercer. TSBC

Micah Evans Official comment Hi Everyone!
We've made a number of updates to schedules, the most recent of which you can read about here (https://support.populiweb.com/hc/en-us/articles/24542482940827-March-18-to-April-5-2024-Release-Notes).
If you would like us to create a customized schedule for you, contact support (support@populi.co).
Thanks!

Doug Potter Yes, and also can you add the campus and deliver method to the student schedule printout, or allow us to customize it.
-
Elizabeth Rickenbaker Please include class name, teacher, and classroom/building in the calendar formatted schedule.
-
Andrew Sentell I agree with the comments. Something that is chronological vs. alphabetical. It wouldn't hurt to be more visually appealing like a calendar format.
-
Sherry Davis Something a little more user friendly would be great!
-
Daniel Morgan We would like this too. Our non-traditional, adult degree completion students have classes beginning throughout the year, and it would help make things clearer for them if the classes could be listed chronologically by date rather than alphabetically.
-
Sue Lamphere Please add pass/fail to the schedule too.
-
Julie O'Connor The format is not being received by our students or staff as it is hard to read - can it be listed in rows chronologically?
-
Traci Morris I would also like to see this change occur.
-
M. Jean Bland We use this form for our dean's office to be able to locate students in an emergency. Room numbers on the students' schedules would be huge!
-
Lisa Burket This would be a good change.
-
Dee McOwen I concur with previous comments and would add that having the number of credit hours listed also would be very helpful.
-
Douglas Lewis We would like to see this as well.

Duane Dell'Amico The first post suggests that what's requested -- and what I also wish was available -- is a simple weekly calendar to quickly see when and where the student is in class. As an advisor, I sometimes want to make appointments with students, and so a clear display of schedule information would allow me to schedule meetings that don't conflict with class time, but are adjacent. I emphasize clarity and simplicity though, and would warn against feature bloat. If, for example, pass-fail information is wanted, there are other more appropriate places to find and place that information than in a calendar.

Donna Haug Yes! Having the schedule print out visually in a calendar format would make it much more usable. I'm in the process of setting up meetings for students on Academic Probation. Planning out the schedules would be much easier if this was done in blocks of time like you have it set up for the semester schedule. Maybe even the option of selecting STUDENT instead of CAMPUS. The initial request for this feature is pretty old. It would seem this would not be too challenging to provide since all the information is there.
-
M. Jean Bland Yes! I am using it for the same reason as the last poster. This would be hugely helpful.
-
Andrea Pacheco Our students use the student schedule for third party verification of enrollment. They would like their address printed on the top of the schedule.
-
Anne Menear Sooooo - has this been addressed by Populi - or is this thread being ignored?
-
Rachel Cukla A feature that would be great to see would be adding the book and supply listing to appear on students schedule.

Stephen Sampson Hi folks! We're working on a way to print student schedules in a calendar format.
Thanks for your feedback on this!
