We would like to be able to add a subfolder in the shared folder under the "FILES" tab. We use this to provide documents and forms so the students can access these remotely (e.g a transcript request form). This reduces the traffic in our administrative division so our small staff can spend more time doing other tasks instead of giving forms to people. At this time, it is a general shared folder where everything is put in, however, in here you will find admissions files, academic files, student services files. we would like to have various folders so we can keep all the various files in specific locations.
