I have found that it is fairly easy to import two different profiles for one person (relating to prospects/admissions). I would love a way to merge profiles together.

Josh Martinez I agree with Emily. Sometimes we have students who came to our college almost a decade ago and who now want to finish. We didn't even have Populi when some of these students came to school here. Now we have 2 profiles for several students at our school.

Adam Sentz @Josh - In the meantime, feel free to submit a support request for assistance with merging duplicate profiles. A lot of things can be copied over pretty easily, but for things that can't we can help you out.

Vik Fomenko We also have students who took a break from their education and came back and now we have 2 student profiles for the same person, is it possible to merge two profiles? 1 profile has student records like grades and everything else. The 2nd profile is the new one and it has the admissions application as well as all the update information of the student.

Brendan O'Donnell Donna Haug While we haven't released a user-facing people merger, we've made some changes on our end that make merging duplicates much simpler. It's still a matter of submitting a feature request, but the turnaround time is much shorter now.

Megan Koontz This is great, but it needs to be accessible to people with the registrar role, not just the account admins. We've had to ad our registrar as an account admin due to this to restriction.
