Could I recommend that the Developer section be more of a Wiki and/or have its own feature request. I believe there could be a viable community for developers to discuss and give tips to each other about the API and what not without polluting the more prevalent usage forum and Feature Request.

Brendan O'Donnell Ryan,
Thanks for the thoughts. I can probably set something up along those lines—though I am somewhat constrained by the functionality of our help desk provider (Zendesk). We really appreciate your feedback and how actively you've jumped in with the API.

Ryan Schumacher Thanks for the quick response Brendan and I completely understand. I think a feature requests/ QA could do fine as it seems Zendesk feature is similar to Stack Overflow's QA software which does the job very well. :)

Ryan Schumacher Has this been removed? I was going to submit a request, but I cannot find this FR forum.

Brendan O'Donnell Ryan,
Sorry for our poor communication about this—I did create the Forum, and quite promptly, other users started submitting regular feature requests in that Forum. It was enough of a confusing annoyance right off the bat that we decided to scuttle it. I should have remembered to let you know that we decided against it after seeing how it was used, and for that I apologize.
James Hill also mentioned in the midst of this that he finds that API FR's are easy enough for him to deal with just with the regular Feature Request Forum, and since he's really the point man for API stuff, I can assure you that if you suggest something for the API in this Forum, he will hear about it.
Again, we really appreciate how much thought you're putting into our API and how to improve it, and we welcome your comments—which will be heard, even in this gigantic Forum.
thanks!
