Hello, I am writing to you as a representation of Bethany College of Missions. We are using your Populi and have found it to be very usefull, however there are a couple things that we would like to request that you add.
1) A way to pull the prospect list for a specific counselor, and see the TO DO's as one of the tags or options. This would help us in making sure no one falls through the cracks.
2) Another thing that would be very useful would be to do multiple people counselor switches or even Tag changes. We have found that having to go in and search for each individual person and make the changes to their account has become a problem for our productivity as a Administrations team and we would request that a method of making larger scale prospect shifts or tag shifts.
