Flag or flitter apps for prospects table

i'm in the prospects table i.e. Admissions—Prospects—Prospects Table. I want to have a system in place that allows me to see names with "to do" without going to their profiles. So, maybe have a filter app or a flag that visual shows you names and the counsellors following them without having to do each profile individually. Is this clear enough?
