I am not refunding aid overpayment as required by DOE within 7 days of receiving the funds. It would sure make this easier if the student's balance displayed on the aid page or a line which listed the semester total less dispersed aid and the current balance. Then I can add the refund. I currently have to go to dashboard see balance write it down on scratch paper (killing a tree) and then go to aid page and process.
